As the Digital Delivery Lead, you’ll:

- Lead the digital delivery of large-scale Advanced Manufacturing (AM) projects
- Lead large scale multidisciplinary teams through 3D modeling, deliverable submissions, QA/QC and design reviews
- Work with clients and discipline teams to lead the development of BIM Execution Plans, Digital Workflows and Automation Processes for projects
- Lead Model creation in Revit, Civil 3D and Plant 3D for discipline teams
- Lead Digital Delivery Kick Off Meetings for Design teams to communicate standards, workflows and processes
- Initiate the CDE and manage digital platforms for projects.
- Run clash coordination on Projects using Navisworks, Revizto and ACC Model Coordination
- Train Discipline leads on best practices in Revit, Plant 3D, Civil 3D
- Manage team budgets and project work projections
- Manage Bim coordinators on Projects and effectively delegate work without losing consistency or quality
- Be responsible for the overall digital execution of projects
- Assist discipline BIM leads with software configuration, content creation and data management.
- Implement Client standards and project workflows to accommodate Client specific BIM-CAD and data deliverables.
- Coordinate cross discipline general drawings, general legends, submission index and cover sheets.
- Align with Document controls for all design stage model deliverables and archives.
- Manage the collection, formatting, and project distribution of Point Cloud data.
- Coordinate model properties for 4D schedule integration and construction sequencing.
- Coordinate model properties for 5D quantity take off and cost estimating.
- Planning and development of BIM integrated asset data and documentation collection.

**Here’s what you’ll need**:

- Post-secondary education in Architectural/Structural/Mechanical/Civil/Construction Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-10 years experience in BIM Project delivery
- Ability to establish close working relationships with project delivery teams, illustrating knowledge of BIM processes as they pertain to collaboration, coordination, and digital delivery.
- Able to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new software, products, concepts, techniques and help develop new workflows and standards.
- Strong technical skills related to BIM/CADD standards, and automation.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of CAD drafting and BIM practices (NCS, AIA, CSI, NIBS, ISO19650)
- Experience working with multi-discipline global teams in multiple geographic offices.
- Excellent verbal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail is a must.
- Expert knowledge in Autodesk REVIT, including the following:

- Discipline specific configurations and templates
- Project setup and management within Autodesk Construction Cloud
- REVIT family content creation.
- Supporting multi-discipline users, software troubleshooting
- Model audits and project database maintenance
- Knowledge and experience with Clarity automations.
- Experience managing a Common Data Environment; Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley Projectwise
- Experience with CADD and BIM software administration and configuration is required.
- Ability to lead clash detection with Revizto, Navisworks, and/or ACC Model coordination

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with process piping drawings, P&ID’s, General Arrangements, Piping Isometrics is preferred
- Experience with process piping standards (ASME, ANSI, AWWA, ASTM, ISA, PIP)
- Experience with Autodesk Plant3D and P&ID administration
- Experience with Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, LISP, SQL, or Database administration
- Experience with CDE data connections and reporting with PowerBI
- Experience with Bluebeam and Bluebeam Studio
- Working knowledge with Bentley OpenBuildings, OpenPlant and OpenRoads Designer would be an asset.
- Proficient in English and French languages
