**WHO WE ARE**

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) was established in 1999 as an international independent agency to lead a collaborative worldwide movement for doping-free sport. As the global regulatory body, WADA’s primary role is to develop, harmonize and coordinate anti-doping rules and policies across all sports and countries. Our key activities include: scientific and social science research; education; intelligence & investigations; development of anti-doping capacity; and, monitoring of compliance with the World Anti-Doping Program.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

In collaboration with IT, Data and Digital Development management and the Strategic Management Office develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with WADA’s goals and industry best practices.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes to increase operations efficiency and effectiveness;
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to effectively implement the transformation projects;
- Drive cultural and organizational change to foster innovation, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach across the organization;
- Foster collaboration and effective communication between IT and other business units to ensure alignment with organizational objectives;
- Establish, and help implementation of corporate change management strategy and standards to maintain consistency and compliance across projects;
- Monitor projects: identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation, ensuring business continuity;
- Escalate issues and impacts to ensure the project remains on schedule and according to planned parameters;
- Act as project manager for the implementation of certain projects;
- Integrate corporate products portfolio roadmap into overall strategic roadmap, understanding linkages;
- Support the IT Managers in prioritizing and scheduling IT projects;
- Ensure that appropriate approval and communication paths are followed for acceptance of projects deliverables and key decisions;
- Coordinate efforts to meet resource requirements with IT managers and project managers;
- Assist project owner, in defining the project scope and its requirements;
- Prioritization, and day-to-day support in requirements clarification and business process;
- Manage overall portfolio delivery by monitoring project progress, helping to resolve risks and issues, and ensuring quality deliverables are met.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, organizational development, technology, or other relevant field;
- Experience in Business and Functional Analysis;
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly;
- Expertise in change management with a track record of successfully driving change;
- Ability to inspire confidence and motivation in others to lead and drive change;
- Sound problem-solving skills, analytical skills and knowledge of business processes;
- Coaching skills to enable resources to meet their objectives;
- Excellent oral and written skills in one of the two WADA official languages (English/French) and very good command of the other official language; Additional languages would be an asset;
- Ability to prepare and deliver oral presentations and answer technical questions;
- Capacity to develop and maintain constructive and lasting relationships;
- Autonomy and sense of organization and prioritization;
- Speed, efficiency, and flexibility in executing tasks;
- Proactive attitude;
- Periodic work in the evening or on weekends;
