**Objectif du poste**

Responsable de la planification, de la direction et de la coordination efficaces de toutes les activités d'entrepôt et de contrôle des stocks. Développer et mettre en œuvre le flux planifié des produits entrants et sortants dans l'ensemble de l'entrepôt. Par la délégation de responsabilités et l'attribution de tâches aux superviseurs et aux chefs d'équipe, il s’assure du fonctionnement sur, efficace et économique du stockage, de la manutention et de la distribution, conformément aux objectifs fixés, ce qui permet à l'entreprise de réaliser des bénéfices, de croître et de rentabiliser ses investissements. Superviser et coordonner les activités du service de contrôle des stocks afin de garantir l'exactitude de l'inventaire physique et du système. Veiller à ce que le profilage de l'entrepôt soit toujours à jour.

**Principales tâches et responsabilités**
- Assurer le leadership qui engage tous les superviseurs de l'entrepôt, les chefs d'équipe et les membres de leur équipe. Veiller à ce que toutes les évaluations des superviseurs soient effectuées régulièrement.
- Soutenir et orienter les activités des superviseurs, des chefs d'équipe et des membres de l'équipe dans l'entrepôt afin de garantir le respect de toutes les normes de sécurité, de productivité et de qualité. Travailler avec les superviseurs pour s'assurer que tous les outils de planification de la main-d'œuvre sont utilisés.
- Il est responsable de la planification des heures, de l'établissement des calendriers de production et des procédures de travail.
- Analyser et résoudre les problèmes liés au travail, recommander et mettre en œuvre des changements de processus, mettre à niveau l'équipement et améliorer les méthodes de production afin d'accroître la qualité et l'efficacité.
- Prendre des mesures à l'égard du personnel. Tient à jour les registres de temps et de procédures. Supervise la formation des nouveaux employés et des chefs d'équipe. Évaluer les performances des employés et formuler des recommandations en matière d'augmentation de salaire, de promotion et de transfert.
- Il est responsable de la réalisation de tous les objectifs KPI de l'entreprise et fournit une réponse détaillée et opportune au directeur lorsque les objectifs ne sont pas atteints.
- Contrôler l'acheminement des commandes en cours d'impression, de tirage, de vérification et d'emballage.
- En collaboration avec le directeur du centre, il est responsable de la préparation du budget du département et de sa gestion dans le cadre de ces lignes directrices.
- Planifier et contrôler les programmes de sécurité du département, en veillant à ce que toutes les réglementations WSIB soient respectées.
- Interaction quotidienne avec la direction des opérations pour assurer la coordination des activités de l'entrepôt avec d'autres fonctions, notamment les ventes, les achats, les systèmes d'information de gestion, la maintenance et la sécurité.
- D'autres tâches peuvent être assignées.
- Le titulaire de ce poste gère un personnel important composé de superviseurs d'entrepôt, de chefs d'équipe, de préparateurs de commandes, d'emballeurs, d'expéditeurs, de réceptionnaires, de magasiniers et de contrôleurs d'inventaire.
- Des horaires de travail flexibles sont requis. Des déplacements vers d'autres sites peuvent être nécessaires.

**Connaissances / compétences requises**
- Bilingue français/anglais
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite
- Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de leadership
- Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes
- Solides compétences analytiques
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps Bonne connaissance de l'informatique

**Qualifications**

Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'un centre de distribution, dont au moins 2 ans d'expérience de supervision. Une combinaison équivalente de formation, d'éducation et d'expérience acceptable sera prise en considération.
