Description de poste:

- Préparer les commandes de matériaux de paysagement (pavés, dalles, accessoires de paysagement)
- Charger et décharger les véhicules de les clients
- Offrir un service et une expérience irréprochables à tous les clients qui se présentent sur place
- Assurer l’organisation de la cours et de l’entrepôt
- Gérer l’inventaire avec l’aide de nos Représentants au Service à la Clientèle

Qualifications:

- Expérience en opération de chariot élévateur.
- La ponctualité est un impératif
- Démontrer d'excellentes aptitudes de communication
- Faciliter à apprendre une vaste collection de produits
- L’expérience dans l'industrie des matériaux de construction est un atout
- Permis de conduire valide, possède son propre véhicule
- Grande capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front, à établir des priorités et à gérer efficacement son temps

Calendrier:

- Si vous avez une forte éthique du travail, vous vous intégrerez rapidement à Ambiance. Nous sommes une entreprise saisonnière, donc entre les mois de mars à décembre, nous avons besoin de quelqu'un qui se retroussera les manches et fera le travail Nous offrons un salaire très compétitif pendant cette période de 9 mois, et vous profitez d'un congé mérité durant l'hiver

Forklift Operator*

Are you looking to work close to home, outdoors, in a tight-knit team, with a beautiful building and yard located on the south-shore of Montréal?

If so, join us at Ambiance Briques et Pavés, where your strong people skills, customer-oriented attitude and helpful nature will soon make you an integral member of our passionate team.

We combine your people skills with technical and customer-specific side by side training to make you a top-performer. Our Forklift Operators work with the team in order to ensure the best possible customer experience to our clients.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare orders of various landscaping materials (pavers, slabs, landscape accessories, etc.)
- Load and unload customer vehicles
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the yard and warehouse
- Manage inventory levels with the help of the Customer Service team
- Ensure an impeccable service and customer experience to all customers

Qualifications:

- Forklift operating experience (or similar equipment)
- Punctuality is key
- Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
- Ease with learning and remembering an extensive product collection
- Previous experience in the building materials industry is great, but not a must
- Valid driver’s license, has their own vehicle
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be friendly, well-spoken, and willing to help

Job schedule:

- If you have a strong work ethic, this is the place for you. We are a seasonal business, so between the months of March to December, we need someone who will roll up their sleeves and get the job done We offer a very competitive salary for this nine-month period, and you get to enjoy a well deserved break during the winter months.
