**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Education
- Masters in Educational Administration or equivalent
- Instructional Leadership program/modules as asset
- Training in justice, equity, diversity and inclusion an asset.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years administration experience in increasingly senior positions, including a significant focus on growth and evaluation;
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated team leadership experience effectively supervising staff;
- Demonstrated promotion of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion;
- Experience with and knowledge of Teaching Standards, Leadership Standards and CLEVR considered assets;
- System-level leadership experience considered an asset.

**Task Dimensions**:
Reporting to the Director of Programs and Student Services and collaborating with the Director of Human Resources, the Coordinator of Performance Evaluation and Principal Support will provide support and accountability to principals for the growth and evaluation of staff.
- Lead the development and administration of the performance appraisal/growth planning process.
- Lead the principal appraisal process;
- Facilitate and monitor principal growth plans;
- Support principals in the growth and evaluation vice-principals and teaching staff;
- Collaborate with the RCH team to ensure that performance appraisal and hiring processes are equitable and socially just.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new administrators and teachers.
- Collaborate with Human Resources throughout the short-listing and hiring process.
- Collaborate with the Director of Programs and Student Services and the Director of Human Resources in the administrator hiring process.
- Support the Directors in addressing systems concerns through the research, development and implementation of effective policies, procedures and practices.
- Model a strong work ethic; acting with integrity; respect confidentiality, demonstrate a professional, relational and collaborative style.
- Make evidence-based decisions; demonstrate effective communication skills (written and oral); and work well independently, as a team lead, and as a member of teams.
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
