Fondée en 2014, Roselisa est une académie professionnelle, un centre de distribution de produits et de services, avec un standard de beauté plus élevé. Les formations professionnelles en classe et en ligne couvrent une variété de services cosmétiques - extensions de cils, rehaussement des cils, blanchiment dentaire, lamination des sourcils, sourcils au henné, microblading, maquillage permanent, spray tan, microneedling, soins de la peau et faciaux, filetage et teinture, etc. Roselisa est reconnue et accréditée par l'APESEQ et Revenu Québec. Avec plus de 5 000 techniciens certifiés, nous sommes fiers de servir l'industrie de la beauté en tant que ressource de formation professionnelle.
**Principaux domaines de responsabilité**:
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, aux demandes de renseignements en personne ou par voie électronique.
- Entrée des commandes
- Gestion de la salle des inventaires
- Préparer et emballer les commandes
- Aider les clients à passer leurs commandes
- Maintenir les données associées aux tâches ci-dessus
- Assurer un soutien à tout poste administratif, selon les besoins.
**Qualifications**:
- Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires ou collégiales.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience connexe en service à la clientèle
- Compétences informatiques et capacité à utiliser Microsoft Office, c'est-à-dire Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
- Démontrer un fort désir de satisfaire les besoins du client.
- S'épanouir et aimer travailler en équipe.
- Bilingue écrit et oral, anglais/français.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Answer phone calls, in-person or electronic inquiries
- Input order entries
- Picking and packing orders
- Maintaining inventory stock room
- Assist clients with ordering requirements
- Maintain data associated with the above tasks
- Back up to any administrative position as required
**Qualifications**
- Holds a High School or Collegial Diploma
- 1-2 years of related customer service experience
- Computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate a strong desire to satisfy the customer’s needs
- Thrives and enjoys working as part of a team
- Bilingual written and verbal, English/French
