**Crusher Operator**
**Overview**:
**Rival Aggregates Inc** is seeking a skilled and experienced Crusher Operator to join our team. As a Crusher Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site. Your primary responsibility will be to operate heavy equipment such as a Skid Steer, Excavators, and loaders, while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create an atmosphere of teamwork and ensure the development of personnel and arbitrate to resolve conflicts
- Ensure the safety of company personnel, the community, and the environment
- Identify and communicate product problems and information
- Seek out and implement Best Practices
- Perform several types of manual work
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment
- Shovel spillage around conveyor
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
- Willing to work a rotational shift of 24/7 including days/nights.
**Safety**:
- Adhere to all company safety and environmental practices and policies - training provided
- Contribute toward the overall success of the safety program by following set rules procedures and practices
- Identify and report workplace hazards and make positive suggestions for their elimination or control
**Qualification**
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Experience working with impact crusher
- Experience with loaders and excavators is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
**All employees must be willing to work out of doors in all types of weather**

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
**Experience**:
- Crusher Operator: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
