**What You Need to Succeed**:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or business management
- Proven experience in operations management (bonus points if it’s in energy, construction, or commissioning/startup services).
- Financial management skills that’ll keep us on budget, every time.
- Familiarity with industry safety protocols and standards (because safety is always first).
- Leadership, communication, and team-building skills that are second to none.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
