All Type Electric Inc. is a leading provider of electrical solutions in Western Canada, committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta, with the opportunity to work in Calgary as well.

This role involves providing coverage for all aggregate clients in the Fort McMurray region, averaging 10-15 days per month, with additional time dedicated to serving clients in the Calgary or Edmonton region based on residence.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid Alberta Journeyperson Certificate and/or Inter-Provincial designation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical services.
  • Extensive knowledge of motor controls, variable frequency drives, and soft starters.
  • A strong understanding of aggregate systems, including crushers, conveyor systems, and cones.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing electrical service to clients in the Fort McMurray, Calgary, and Edmonton regions.
  • Maintaining a high level of technical expertise in electrical systems and aggregate operations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.

Schedule and Pay: The successful candidate can expect to work 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, and Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call duties and overtime opportunities. The hourly wage is $39.00, with additional pay for overtime.

Requirements:

  • Journeyman Electrician certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
