**BFL CANADA** is looking for a Client Service Assistant for its Surety Team in the Toronto Office*
As a Client Service Assistant, you will assist the Client Service Manager and the Client Service Representative to ensure the team meets company objectives and quality service to clients, colleagues, and insurers.

**Your Day as a Client Service Assistant**
- Manage and update client data in our in-house Certificate Management System (LEO).
- Prepare certificates of insurance and automobile liability cards (pink slips).
- Assist with preparation of renewal presentation and new business proposal.
- Prepare client manuals.
- Follow up on policies and endorsements.
- Prepare and update excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare cover notes, invoices and letters for clients.
- Pull Driver Abstracts / MVRs.
- Complete policy comparisons - using ‘Word Sensa’ software program.
- Request loss experience from insurers.
- College or university diploma.
- At least 1 year of work experience in insurance is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- RIBO license is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer focused and sales oriented.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work well with others throughout the organization.
