Client Services Assistant

Job Overview
This role is essential in facilitating the daily operations of our office, with a primary focus on supporting the Account Management team and the clients we serve. The Administrative team at Leo Burnett exemplifies our organizational culture, embracing a balanced approach to work and enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide on-demand support to the Senior Leadership Team, including document handling, package deliveries, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage office duties such as arranging catering for meetings, maintaining kitchen supplies, and ensuring overall office cleanliness.
- Oversee compliance documentation processes, including non-disclosure agreements and adherence to office policies.
- Handle invoicing and procurement for catering, travel, and other office needs.
- Engage in light vendor management and coordinate with building management and facilities resources.
- Occasionally manage special projects, including client events, gift procurement, and business travel arrangements.
- Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of all information processed.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the Marketing and Advertising sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with diverse personalities across various departments.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong time management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work promptly and accurately.
- Self-driven and capable of performing well under pressure.
