The Employee Enablement and Communications Manager holds the responsibility of overseeing, developing, and executing organization-wide initiatives aligned with our global talent enablement and communications strategy. Reporting to the CHRO, this role involves supporting cross-functional projects, programs, and transformational activities.

The main objective of the employee enablement and communications manager is to prepare, support, and equip people to adopt and use our employee experience programs, through effective program design, communications, or change activities. Although the role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, successful collaboration with various stakeholders within the organization is crucial for accomplishing objectives.

**_ The following describes the key responsibilities of this role:_**

**Internal communications**:

- Research, write, edit, and measure impact of all internal communications.
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies, across hybrid and virtual scenarios, to effectively disseminate information and foster employee engagement. - such as Town Halls, Annual Meeting, Director’s meeting, enabling seamless and effective communication across the organization.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate objectives, values, and brand identity.
- Act as an advisor to the executive team, offering guidance in the development of key messages and strategic approaches to internal communications.
- Align corporate narrative for CSR/ESG and develop content for internal, external, and client communications.

**Employee enablement**:

- Lead the program management efforts for employee enablement, playing a pivotal role in executing initiatives such as VOE (Voice of the Employee), DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), and EVP (Employee Value Proposition)
- Partner with HRBPs to support adoption of programs, by coordinating communications, pre and post work, reporting etc.
- Initiate VOE activities, including Pulse program and other end-user feedback gathering activities to execute process improvements.
- Support the development and execution of our DEIB roadmap and EVP.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Excellent writing, editing, oral communications, communications planning skills.
- Organized and able to independently manage projects or advise other projects related to the employee experience.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audience.
- Skilled in effectively engaging with employees at all levels of the organization and adept at inspiring collaboration towards shared objectives.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Proficient in assessing and quantifying the impact and effectiveness of your contributions.
- You aspire to generate ideas and devise strategies that can create a significant impact across the entire organization.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in managing, developing, and implementing communication initiatives and employee enablement strategies.
