- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution on a full-time basis and returning to school in the fall of 2024.

**Job Summary**:
This role is responsible for completing administrative and analytical tasks to support the Customer and Response Outreach team, as it relates to the delivery of Halton’s Public Works programs and services.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Engage internal and external department stakeholders for information to support problem solving activities, including and not limited to gap analysis, continuous improvement initiatives and process mapping
- Review and close service requests and work orders as required
- Conduct outbound calls to residents and businesses
- Prepare letters for residents and businesses
- Support website changes as required
- Manage internal schedules e.g., Water Meter Pickups, Meter Technician appointments
- Schedule meetings
- Transcribe and circulate meeting minutes from written and verbal communication
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Enrolled in a post-secondary Business Administration or related program
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills

**Preferred**
- Customer service experience in a similar environment
