**Job Summary**:

- Legally entitled to work in Canada as a student.
- In possession of a Social Insurance Number (card) at time of hire.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution and returning to school on a full-time basis in the Fall of 2023.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the program evaluation process under the guidance of the Senior Research Advisor.
- Participate in all aspects of the research/policy process including program evaluation, data collection, data analysis, summarizing and reporting on results.
- Produce summarized reports based on information collected.
- Conduct literature searches.
- Participate in community engagement activities
- Participate in other program activities as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus in Social Services, Public Administration, or Child Development
- Some degree of proficiency in computers in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong commitment to learning, research, detail, quality and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Work effectively in a team environment.

**Preferred**
- Proven ability to plan and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with research, program evaluation, data analysis, and analytical writing.
