**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a chef or cook, with a focus on preparing large quantities of food.
- Strong mathematical skills to estimate ingredients needs and portion sizes accurately.
- Ability to scale recipes and adjust measurements based on the number of servings required.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation.
- Creative and innovative approach to cooking.

- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends possibly.
