At Buskro, we are actively seeking a dedicated Technical Service Supervisor to fortify our service team, ensuring unparalleled support for our clientele across the globe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of unresolved issues, maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders involved.
- Develop, manage, and uphold technical documentation and processes to streamline operations.
- Generate quotations for customers or distributors covering parts, assemblies, repairs, service calls, and installations.
- Organize and administer technical training courses to enhance team proficiency.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication skills in English, coupled with strong organizational prowess and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated aptitude as a team player with acute attention to detail and robust troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
- A college diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering would be advantageous, although not mandatory.
- Familiarity with PLC Programming is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness and ability to undertake domestic and international travel.
