**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a
**BI System Administrator** to join our team Hybrid in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).
- Administer all requests, analyze issues, and provide efficient resolutions.
- Develop technical documentation for installation and configuration.
- Install and manage ETL platforms like Informatica, Matillion, and Alteryx.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and on-site engineers & Architects to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in administering a large BI product platform such as IBM Cognos, Tableau, and/or a large ETL installation such as Informatica PowerCenter and IDQ.
- Knowledge of analytics and data integration technologies like Informatica, Matillion (optional), Cognos, and Tableau.
- Experience working with Windows, Linux servers, and familiarity with security features like SSO, SAML, and LDAP.
- Experience in upgrading and patching to keep systems up to date.
- Experience in system recovery in the event of system failures.
