Organizational Change Management Specialist

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an **Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist **within the Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) division.
If you have experience with leading and supporting people through change and you thrive in a complex and fast-paced work environment we are interested in meeting with you.
**What you will do**
- Assess change impacts and stakeholder readiness
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Create and/or facilitate actionable deliverables including communication plans, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
- Partner with project teams, human resources, training, and communications departments to execute change plans and tactics
- Coach managers and supervisors on managing change
- Track and report successes and setbacks
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Execute other duties as required
**What you will bring**
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience in using OCM models
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- At least 3-year experience and involvement in technology change projects
- Post-secondary education, with a major in Business, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management; ability to foster working relationships with all business partners at all levels, both internal and external to the organization
- Flexibility and adaptability; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and fluctuating work loads
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
