**About the role**

Relevant du directeur principal de la vérification, l'auditeur principal est un membre clé de l'équipe de vérification interne et son travail aura un impact important. Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez la réalisation de vérifications opérationnelles conformément au mandat, à la méthodologie de vérification et aux meilleures pratiques des Services de vérification interne.

**Voici quelques façons dont vous ferez la différence**:

- Responsable des missions d'audit opérationnel du début à la fin dans divers secteurs d'activité.
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des projets (planification, budget, délais) ; vous êtes responsable du personnel assigné et de son travail avec une supervision mínimale de la direction.
- Diriger l'équipe d'audit lors des réunions de lancement et de clôture en communiquant efficacement l'objectif, la portée, les résultats et les recommandations de l'audit à la direction générale.
- Superviser le suivi des conclusions pour assurer la mise en œuvre des recommandations.
- Préparer des rapports d'audit clairs et concis pour révision par le directeur, le directeur principal et l'auditeur en chef.
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la modification des pratiques et des outils d'audit ainsi qu'aux initiatives du département.
- Agir à titre de coach pour les professionnels.

**Ce que vous mettez à profit**:

- Baccalauréat en administration ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 5+ ans d'expérience professionnelle en audit opérationnel.
- Un titre professionnel reconnu (CIA, CPA, MBA, CISA, etc.) est un atout.
- Une expérience en audit interne dans une grande organisation publique ou en audit externe dans un Big 4 est préférable.
- Solides compétences analytiques permettant de tirer des conclusions précises.
- Solides compétences en gestion de projet ; engagement à fournir un travail de qualité dans les délais impartis et dans le respect du budget.
- Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies d'audit ; connaissance de divers cadres de gouvernance, de risque et de contrôle, y compris les pratiques de pointe de la profession.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la rédaction et à la communication
- Compétences efficaces en matière de coaching
- Personne dynamique avec un haut niveau d'énergie et engagée à travers l'entreprise.
- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine de l'assurance est un atout
- Une expérience de l'utilisation d'outils d'analyse de données est un atout.
