**Welcome** The Banff Park Lodge Hotel Collective operates **3 hotel properties**, Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites. Within the Banff Park Lodge property, we operate **2 restaurants**, La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. **Responsibilities**:

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Report to and follow instructions from Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Maintain clean and safe work station
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Minimize food waste and spoilage
- Aspiring to become an apprentice
- One year of experience in a kitchen required, hotel restaurant cooking is an asset
- Prepares high quality food and follows superior sanitation standards
- Is physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time
- Is a team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
