**Description**:
WHO YOU ARE:
You are a team-player, resourceful, creative and energetic. You have excellent organization skills with keen experience in the field of retail operations. Reporting to the Store Operations Manager, the responsibilities of the Store Operations Communication Lead include, but are not limited to:

- Manage and translate all field communication;
- Assist with projects, bringing creative and engaging language to all communication;
- Own Ardene’s weekly newsletter;
- Manage store operations inbox (shared responsibility);
- Manage survey/information collections: building surveys to collect operational hours; building surveys to collect feedback from stores;
- Coordinate upcoming holidays;
- Other tasks as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field;
- Must be bilingual (English and French), written and spoken;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well strong typing skills;
- Experience with GoCanvas and Survey Monkey a plus;
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to multi-task.
