About your team
FIL’s Workplace and Personal, Financial Health business has embarked on an ambitious journey of growth and transformation, aligned with our 2030 goal to build a $500bn business by becoming the partner of choice for an individual’s and family’s financial needs.
To guide us on this journey, we are bringing together a consolidated change agenda with three portfolios: Grow / Transform / Defend, and reflecting our business priorities: building global multi-national partnerships, creating lifetime relationships with individuals, and driving a significant transformation agenda to deliver value to clients faster. To support this ambitious programme of work, a WPFH Portfolio Office has been created to oversee all changes across WPFH.
About your role
