We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Customer Relations Associate (M/F), who will play an important role in our small but dynamic team, dedicated to building and improving our fast-growing business. When our customers or patients contact us, they receive personalized attention from a knowledgeable employee, not a call centre.

At Candorvision your role will involve:

- Introducing our treatments to doctors and clinic staff and providing relevant information
- Assisting with order processing, special projects, and supporting Customer Relations team
- Occasional administrative and receptionist tasks

Your must-haves
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
- You communicate perfectly in **English** and **French**, both written and verbal
- You enjoy speaking over the phone and are a strong verbal communication with active listening skills
- You are able to maintain a positive attitude
- You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- You are energetic, yet personable, open-minded and caring
- You are strong organization skills, proactive work ethic and attention to detail
- You’re a team player; collaborative, and ready to help where needed
- You can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- You are an autonomous worker
- You know how to use MS office and are open to adapt to new systems
- You are committed to adaption to dynamic circumstances in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/optical/health/beauty industry is an asset
- Previous experience working with high-end brands or products is welcome

Déjà chef de file dans le domaine des traitements oculaires sans agent de conservation, nous sommes l'une des entreprises de soins de santé dont la croissance est la plus rapide au Canada et dont le siège social est situé à Montréal, près du Superhôpital McGill.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Associé(e) aux relations avec la clientèle (H/F), enthousiaste et à temps plein, qui jouera un rôle important au sein de notre petite équipe dynamique, dédiée à la construction et à l'amélioration de notre entreprise en pleine croissance. Lorsque nos clients ou patients nous contactent, ils reçoivent une attention personnalisée de la part d'un employé compétent, et non d'un centre d'appel.

Chez Candorvision, votre rôle consistera à
- Présenter nos traitements aux médecins et au personnel des cliniques et fournir des informations pertinentes.
- Aider au traitement des commandes, aux projets spéciaux et soutenir l'équipe des relations avec la clientèle.
- Tâches administratives et de réception occasionnelles

Vos atouts
- Vous avez au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente et le service à la clientèle.
- Vous communiquez parfaitement en **anglais** et en **français**, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Vous aimez parler au téléphone et vous avez une bonne capacité de communication verbale et d'écoute active.
- Vous êtes capable de maintenir une attitude positive
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de présentation et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Vous êtes énergique, mais aimable, ouvert d'esprit et attentionné.
- Vous avez un grand sens de l'organisation, une éthique de travail proactive et le souci du détail.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, vous êtes prêt à collaborer et à apporter votre aide là où c'est nécessaire.
- Vous savez mener plusieurs tâches de front, établir des priorités et gérer votre temps de manière efficace.
- Vous êtes un travailleur autonome
- Vous savez utiliser MS Office et êtes prêt à vous adapter à de nouveaux systèmes.
- Vous vous engagez à vous adapter à des circonstances dynamiques dans un environnement entrepreneurial avec une attitude positive.
- Une expérience préalable dans l'industrie pharmaceutique/optique/de la santé/de la beauté
