**Role Overview**

CAUSEWORX provides a flexible working schedule allowing employees to work from home and in our head office located at 20 Baldwin St, Whitby, ON. In this role, we are looking for an individual who can spend at least 3 days/week in the office, especially during the onboarding phase which we expect will be 6 months to one year. Training will be provided by the Vice President, President and Account Manager on an ongoing basis. Significant growth is expected for this role and this person will report to the Vice President.

This Excel/Google Sheets savvy person will have strong attention to detail, must be outcome-oriented and must have demonstrated performance in a fast-paced environment. The first step in the interview process will be an Excel/Google Sheets test, so please ensure that you are experienced in Excel in the workplace before applying. Client-facing presentations will be a significant part of this role requiring both analysis and presentation skills.

The Data Analyst role is a full-time, permanent role. The hours are 9am to 5pm with some flexibility based on personal preference.

**What You Will Do**:
**Data Analysis**

1) Build and pull reports in Salesforce and Tableau

2) Evaluate and assess the narrative of campaign performance for client-facing reporting

3) Assist Analytics team with automation and efficiency in reporting technologies

**Client Service Presentations**

1) Own Executive Summaries for our clients, using the narrative to build impressive decks for clients

2) Bring new creative ideas for charts, graphs, pictorial representations of performance

3) Attend client meetings with the Client Services Team with the ability to present decks once familiar with our clients

**What You Will Bring**:

- Post-secondary education in business or related field and a minimum of five years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with Salesforce and Tableau (used extensively in our environment)
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, including presentations
- Proven performance in fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with all level of staff within the company and external clients to keep others informed of situations, discuss issues and solve problems

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
