Job Title: Production QA Analyst - Data Reliability

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for data solutions, including Tableau dashboards, data feeds, and cross-referencing disparate reporting solutions.
- Work with the Tableau and Data Warehouse development teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness and identify discrepancies in data sets.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure data accuracy and completeness across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data quality metrics and monitor data quality on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on data quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL and database technologies. Knowledge of R and Python a plus.
- Highly developed sense of curiosity.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members on projects both in and outside the core domain of this position.
