**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with digital projects by supporting their deployment and ensuring they enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
- Update and maintain website content, including written and visual elements, to ensure sites are fresh, engaging, and aligned with the content strategy.
- Provide support for meetings, workshops, and milestone reviews by organizing materials, preparing follow-up documentation, and assisting with coordination tasks.
- Analyze workflows and support recommendations to improve digital processes and system performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment on digital initiatives and compliance with guidelines.
- Monitor CMS platforms to ensure health and functionality by assisting with updates and resolving minor issues.
- Assist with testing and implementing upgrades to digital platforms, ensuring performance and usability.
- Create training materials and documentation to help teams effectively use digital tools and platforms.
- Consolidate and analyze reports on performance metrics to support optimizations and digital strategy improvements.
- Contribute to e-commerce and digital initiatives by gathering requirements, coordinating tasks, and supporting project execution.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**
- College diploma and 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience writing business case documentation and collecting business requirements to create actionable specifications.
- Experience supporting digital projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfall) and tools like JIRA or Trello considered an asset.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, CRM software, ERP systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills.
