**What You’ll Be Doing as an IT Service Desk Analyst**:
- Build rapport with service desk customers
- Tracking and monitoring end user IT related issues to insure timely resolution; following up and communicating frequently.
- Installing, maintaining, managing, servicing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, operating systems, desktop PCs, printers and laptops issues.
- Playing a role in management of Office 365, Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, Anti-Malware and other IT tools, as assigned.
- Knowledge in supporting IOS mobile devices.
- Participating in team projects as assigned.
- Be part of our after hours on-call support team.
- Performing other duties as assigned
**What you need to know**:
- Degree or Diploma in a Computer Related Field from a University, College or Technical School.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of information technology - co-op experience will be considered
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check.
- Roles which will be within Sienna’s Communities on a reoccurring basis will also be required to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check.
**Bonus points for having**:
- A+, Network+, ITIL Knowledge and Microsoft certifications are an asset.
