Responsibilities:

- Execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Conduct outside sales visits to meet with potential clients, present product offerings, and negotiate deals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1 to 2 years) in agriculture/industrial equipment sales
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achieving targets
