**Responsibilities**- Troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner (software, networking, occasional hardware issues, performance issues, etc)- Analyze data (logs, traces) to identify problems and recommend solutions-
- Ensure the quality of support requests by filtering out erroneous or incomplete requests to ensure that only genuine support issues are escalated- Maintain concise records and prepare activity/status reports- Provide ad-hoc training when necessary- Support and strengthen customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability of e-Commerce through management of ongoing direct-to-customer business- Work closely with e-Commerce product teams to define a compelling product, a path to market and evangelize that vision within the team and across the company- Maintain fulfillment and vendor relationships necessary to provide an excellent product fulfillment experience for the company- Support site search optimization, external search engine optimization (‘natural’) and paid search marketing- Support site operations (including all site changes and hosting) to ensure e-Commerce growth, profitability and customer satisfaction- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use- Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors- Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction

**Expected Technical Skills**

Must Have:
- Hands on Microsoft SQL Server and.Net Environments- SQL Scripting, Data Modeling, SSIS, SSRS- Solid expertise in PHP and C/AL Development- Strong understanding of OMNI Environment on at least one specialized platform- Mobile App Development- Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Integration- Strong understanding of Point of Sale System in a Retail Environment- Extensive QA Experience- Understand existing source code, reutilize and provide further enhancement- Microsoft Dynamics NAV- POS Development in a Retail Environment

**Good to Have**:
- Magneto Development Experience - Extensions & Front-End- LS Nav, LS Retail, LS OMNI- Working knowledge of analytics implementation (Google Analytics etc)- Application Server-Side Development: PHP, ASP.net, ASP Classic, WCF, Web Service, MVC, Web API, Visual Basic, COM/COM+- Application Client-Side Development: JavaScript Frameworks, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS- Strong Report Designing Skills using SSRS & Crystal Report-
- Must have 3-5 years of experience of ERP & e-commerce systems preferably in a retail environment
