**YOUR ROLE**

Product Development Manager is responsible for delivering a collection that aligns with the brand philosophy. They manage the sample development process from concept through final confirmation. They build relationships with suppliers and source product with the quality, look and price appropriate for the brand. The Product Developer will present the collection to the customer. In addition to this, the Product Development Manager will act as a senior in Product Development to manage, coach, and counsel the team of product developers.

The Product Development Manager reports to the Director of Product Development.

**Overall Responsibilities**:

- Manage, develop, coach and counsel team of product developers and PD coordinators
- Responsible for delivering one or more collections that are in-line with the brand philosophy. Product should meet quality, price and fashionability standards
- Manage the sample process from development through final confirmation
- Present branded collections to clients
- Act as a liaison between suppliers and Account Management
