**Position Summary**

Reporting directly to the company’s Region Sales Manager Ontario, this role will focus on ensuring customer service excellence to the entire customer base as well as providing support to the sales/service team to grow revenue and customer base in Ontario across multiple industries.

**Specific Duties/Responsibilities**
- Work with Site Supervisors and other client representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
- Review, prepare and present client contracts and quotes in a timely manner
- Review and amend current client site drawings and monitoring equipment configurations, placement etc. to facilitate our quality standards for monitoring as well as to meet client expectations
- Consistent effective and timely communication between Calibers internal operations teams (Sales, Monitoring, Operations, Production) and its clients
- Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
- Work with our sales team to develop and make presentations to existing clients as well as potential clients
- Assist with the coordination of site installations and changes
- Monthly account review to maintain accuracy
