- As a plumbing and HVAC distributor - wholesaler owned by the Deschenes Group Inc., Desco is currently comprised of 18 locations and 4 showrooms with markets across Ontario._
- We are currently looking for a **Customer Service Representative **to join Desco and be part of our dynamic team in Mississauga location, Ontario._

The Customer Service Rep (CSR) primarily handles inbound and outbound calls with clients. Experience in a plumbing office environment is highly desired, but not required for this role. This individual must have a high level of interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally with different individuals, departments and external parties. This particular CSR will be the point of contact for our E-Commerce customers. They will assist with order entry, shipping statuses, order updates, and more.

**Duties**

The Customer Service Rep performs regularly assigned tasks that include but are not limited to the following:

- Answers customers’ questions and provide additional information as needed
- Keeps up with service and product information and updates
- Collaborate with management and other departments to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Sells/promotes products when applicable
- Provides timely feedback to company regarding service failures and/or client concerns
- Demonstrates positive and cooperative behavior with customers and coworkers
- Maintains required documentation and records to meet best practices
- Maintains strict confidentiality of company data and other employment information
- All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by supervisor/manager

**What you offer**
- A minimum of two (2+) years of high volume Plumbing call center experience highly desired
- Must be able to work well with others/have good camaraderie skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have great attention to detail/organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to achieve targets and goals
- Microsoft Office proficiency/ technologically savvy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
