2. Staff Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Trust Care Children’s Homes, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing children's group homes, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents.

4. Support Services: Coordinate support services for children and youth, including access to education, healthcare, cultural activities, and family engagement initiatives.

5. Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and well-being of Indigenous youth, collaborating with community partners, agencies, and government entities to promote positive outcomes.

6. Reporting: Prepare reports, assessments, and documentation as required by funding agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.

The Program Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the quality of care and support provided to Indigenous youth at Trust Care Children’s Homes Ltd. Their leadership, expertise, and commitment contribute to creating a nurturing environment that empowers youth to thrive and reach their full potential.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Program Manager: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
