**As the Sales and Marketing Associate, you would be responsible to**:

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities including client onboarding activities, order process management, price file management, packaging co-ordination and sample management.
- Conduct market competitive analysis and analyze results for input into category reviews.
- Prepare or update spreadsheets and databases with financial and non-financial information.
- Write product marketing literature or presentation to support client marketing activities.
- Assist in the organizing trade shows and attend them when needed to facilitate their success.
- Liaise directly with both internal and external teams to gain information, resolve issues and answer queries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business administration, or 3-5 years relevant experience supporting sales functions for national retail brands.
- Proficient in MS office suite.
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior attention to detail.
- Marketing skills.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work within timelines.
- Creative talent or skills.
- French or Chinese as a second language _would be considered an asset_.
- Flexible & reliable
- Can do attitude and a willingness to learn new information on an on-going basis.
