- JOB PURPOSE: In close collaboration with the CSM, the Field Team and the Global team, responsible for the delivery of study start-up milestones, coordinating all study start-up activities from allocation until RIS. Use operational excellence to enable consistent and accurate country study start up planning and tracking, timelines optimization as well as risk mitigation actions until site activation. Manage activities related to vendor set-up, importation and distribution of supplies for all TMO managed studies in Canada.
- Your responsibilities:

- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive site activation activities in Canada in collaboration with the CSM, Field Team and the Global team.
- Develop a detailed study start-up and site activation plan, including timelines, potential risks with planned mitigations.
- Drive and track confidentiality agreement collection as applicable
- Contribute to SSU lessons learned and identify trends and opportunities for start-up activities optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Drive Investigator/site contracts negotiation and execution in collaboration with Study Managers (global clinical teams), site payment team and Head of Country Trial Operations.

**Minimum requirements**
- 3 years of operational and managerial experience in planning and executing global clinical trials in a pharmaceutical company or a contract research organization.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to meet timelines.
- Proficient communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a complex matrix environment (including remote or virtual team environment).
- Bilingual: English and French (oral and written)
