**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- Assist with the preparation of budgets
- Assist with property audits and reviews
- Assist with the preparation of the AGM packages
- Attend AGMs and board meetings as required
- Prepare correspondence under the direction of the Property Managers
- Maintain all landlord, owner and tenant contacts
- Respond to general day-to-day enquiries and concerns from tenants/owners verbally or in writing, and redirect specific enquiries, problems or complaints as required
- Prepare estoppel certificates and tenancy agreements as required
- Review A/R regularly with property manager and follow up with tenants and owners
- Site visits as required by the Property Manager
- Maintain filing systems for contracts, insurance certificates, tenant information and other documentation

**What you bring**:

- Graduate of a recognized business school
- Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented and resourceful
- Able to effectively multi-task and recognize and address important and time sensitive tasks and matters
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism and passion for success
- Basic knowledge of accounting
