**The bigger picture**
We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative person to come on board as our Desktop Administrator for a temporary 12 month term. You will play a key role in supporting our end user’s PC’s and software while focusing on providing quality service, maintaining excellent customer relations and professionally representing our IT team.
**How you’ll be spending your time**
- deploy, install, configure, support, and problem solve
- create and deploy device images (e.g. laptops, desktops)
- manage print queues, add and remove printers, test new drivers in environment
- Supporting the organizational systems security:
- system and security patching
- maintain and support system and group policy (security)
- Supporting internal partners through the provision of tier 2 problem resolution on technical issues and business operations (e.g. diagnose and resolve or escalate issues internally or externally)

**The experience you bring**
- 2 years’ experience in an Enterprise IT department supporting Windows desktop technologies
- Basic knowledge of various networking technologies
- Experience with SCCM and Citrix considered an asset
- Must have a valid driver license and be willing to travel.
**Salary Range**
$60,900 - $76,120 with a 9% Short Term Incentive Target
