Bookkeeper

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain financial records and use computerised and manual bookkeeping processes to create, manage, and balance different accounts
2. Create trial balances for books, manage general ledgers, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and create financial statements
3. Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
4. Developing systems for accounting by establishing a chart of accounts
5. Perform additional personal bookkeeping services
6. Compile and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms, and other government paperwork
7. Calculate and write checks for payrolls, utilities, taxes, and other expenses
8. Create additional accounting, financial, and statistical reports
9. Creates financial reports by gathering, examining, and condensing account data and patterns
10. Obtain transaction information for incoming and leaving bank accounts and finish data input
11. Create financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets

**Salary**: $25.10 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
