**WIS International **has an Entry Level Management opportunity
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers at various levels.
- Analyze results and report on operational performance to senior management.
- Recommend or implement actions to address performance metrics and achieve targets for profitability, productivity and efficiency.
- Deliver high levels of professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Implement and promote a safe working environment.
- Have the flexibility to work a varied schedule and travel to our customers’ locations.
- At minimum a college diploma, ideally in business or management studies, or equivalent education and experience.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Effective written, verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- A strong capability to train, build and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organization and accuracy in all facets of work.
- A desire to learn and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.
- A clean or near clean driving record.
- Retail or Warehouse experience is an asset.
