- Duties also include keeping abreast of equipment and hardware, deploying products quickly to address crucial business needs of an organization, providing help with network issues, working along with other members of the IT team to install new software, providing assistance in maintaining inventory of peripheral devices of all systems, creating documentation of computer hardware issues and troubleshooting, and having comprehensive knowledge of one of the latest versions of operating systems.
- Identify training available to improve IT support to clients and personnel, analyze and update documentation for help desk. Assess and recommend changes to policy and procedures and hardware and software to management. Collect and enter data for planning, regular reporting, assessing, and decision-making. Test and oversee hardware, software, and other related equipment to analyze, use, and know the efficacy and suitability of a product for end users. Maintain and guarantee data secrecy.
- Use all the resources that are available to you to carry out assessments of computer systems to determine problems and accordingly render technical support and recommendations.
- Troubleshooting hardware issues of desktop/laptop users, network printers, Ethernet, Wi-Fi connections and computer administration.
- Need to have extensive knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, peripherals, and network systems.
- Make recommendations so that systems can function in a faster, dependable, and more secure manner. Make use of ConnectWise Manage Service Board to gather tickets raised by end users for problems by monitoring and tracking them.
- Managing your workload and maintaining communications with our clients is critical.

Skills and Ability:

- Minimum 3 years relevant IT experience fully supporting and maintaining SMB type environments.
- Considerable Experience in Windows Desktop environments including on-site and remote diagnostics of computers, printers and networks issues.
- On-site installation of computers, printers and network devices.
- Basic understanding of network wiring and testing.
- Basic VOIP knowledge.
- Microsoft 365 setup, administration and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage a constantly changing priority workload.
- Must possess your own vehicle, valid driver’s license and appropriate business-class insurance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline preferred.
