DriveWise is Canada's leader in Road Safety training. We offer competitive compensation, flexible work schedule with hybrid work from home option. This position is too perform account acquisition for our thriving B2B line of programs. Your target client will be corporations, municpalities, commercial trucking fleets, and emergency vehicle operators. Industry experience in transportation training or one of the target client fields is a definite asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Prepare regular reports on account performance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence with a clean drivers Abstract (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
