**Le plan de transformation du département s’articule autour de 5 axes (le recrutement, la digitalisation, les processus, les indicateurs de performance, la gestion des risques, le plan de communication). Rattaché au responsable Contrat de Services A220,**

**Dans votre rôle, vous devrez**:
**Mettre en place notre tableau de bord équipe basé sur les indicateurs de performance de chaque activité ainsi que sur celles du projet de transformation : collecter, harmoniser, simplifier, automatiser et créer les visuels appropriés.**

**. Mettre en place le suivi du planning de transformation, les actions et les risques qui en découlent**

**. Proposer le kit de communication interne (support, etc) et le visuel du process de vente de Services A220 décrit pas à pas (diapositives)**

**. Soutenir les gouvernances sur l'offre de services de mise à niveau et les activités d'exécution du projet.**

**. Apporter des modifications ou des améliorations aux processus**

**. Elaborer le GSite du département “Services de Mise à Niveau A220”.**

**Vous étudiez pour obtenir diplôme collégial ou universitaire dans un domaine lié à la gestion de projet ou école de commerce**

**Français et anglais avec des aptitudes pour les communications orales et écrites.**

**Désir d’amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes.**

**Esprit analytique, autonomie, capacité de travailler en équipe et professionnalisme.**

**Connaissances des systèmes informatiques Microsoft, GSuite**

**The department's transformation plan is based on 5 axes (recruitment, digitalisation, processes, performance indicators, risk management, communication plan).**

**In your role you will**:
**Implement our team dashboard based on the performance indicators of each activity as well as those of the transformation project: collect, harmonise, simplify, automate and create the appropriate visuals.**

**. Set up the monitoring of the transformation schedule, the actions and the resulting risks.**

**. Propose the internal communication kit (support, etc) and the visual of the A220 Upgrades Services sales process described step by step (slides)**

**. Support governances on Upgrades Services offer and project execution activities**

**. Make changes or improvements to the processes**

**. Develop the GSite of the "A220 Upgrades Services" department.**

**You are studying to obtain a College or university degree in a project management related field or business school**

**French and English with oral and written communication skills.**

**Desire for continuous improvement and problem solving.**

**Analytical mindset, autonomy, ability to work in a team and professionalism.**

**Knowledge of Microsoft IT systems, GSuite**
