Customer Service Representative - Front Desk

Are you in Burnaby or the Lower Mainland and looking for a customer service/office role?

We are Hiring a Sign Specialist for our Burnaby Location, near Willingdon and Canada Way.

Industry specific experience is not required but experience in Customer Service and Administrative work would be an asset.

The position is Full Time, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Answering the phone.
- Ability & knowledge to operate a POS system.
- Greeting Walk-in Customers and helping them narrow down their signage needs.
- Provide accurate and prompt quotes.
- Liaise between customers and production.
- Receiving the mail and courier packages.
- Sending out invoices and payment reminders.
- Updating Social Media posts.

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
