- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Technicien(ne) en administration pour combler un remplacement à temps complet au sein du Service des appels d’offres de sa Direction logistique. L’emploi est basé au Centre de réadaptation de l'Ouest de Montréal (CROM), à Lachine.
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le/la Technicien(ne) en administration au Service des appels d’offres:
- Assiste les professionnels du service (agents d’approvisionnement) dans la gestion et le suivi des contrats;
- Valide les requêtes en approvisionnement et effectue les suivis nécessaires;
- Produit les bons de commande dans le système de gestion des ressources matérielles;
- Communique avec les requérants internes et les fournisseurs externes;
- Effectue des recherches de jurisprudence ou autres recherches à caractère juridique dans le cadre des processus d’approvisionnement de l’établissement;
- S'assure du respect des politiques et procédures du service.

Salaire horaire : 24,21$ à 32,32$, selon expérience - semaine de 35 heures
- Horaire de travail : lundi au vendredi, 8h à 16h

- Requirements :- Détient un DEC en techniques administratives ou dans une discipline appropriée*;
- Possède une expérience professionnelle pertinente en contexte d’approvisionnement;
- Possède une connaissance des processus d’appels d’offres ainsi que des lois, politiques, procédures, normes et réglementation diverses encadrant les activités d’approvisionnement dans le réseau de la santé (un atout);
- Possède une connaissance des logiciels Word (niveau débutant) et Excel (niveau intermédiaire);
- Est apte à communiquer en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.- Comments:
