We are looking to enhance our team by welcoming a **Demand Planner**, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and working closely with the business to develop and implement a forecasting model, and work as a back-up to supply planning as required.

**The Role**:

- Lead the demand planning process and generate a high quality sales forecast across the various business segments.
- Analyze sales performance by SKU, by customer and by channel as the basis for the sales forecast.
- Identify all future commercial, economic and competitive factors that would impact future forecasts.
- Initiate & own the S&OP process and lead the monthly S&OP meeting with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations).
- Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Operations and Finance in developing forecasts for new product development.
- Work in collaboration with Supply Planning & Procurement to ensure updated & accurate demand forecast in system to generate accurate material requirements.
- Work closely with our international business & customers to generate 6 months rolling forecast.
- Collaborate with our Co-Man & Private Label customers to generate 6 month rolling forecast.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to ensure accurate forecast for E-comm business.
- Develop, maintain & present sales performance reporting (KPIs) to key stakeholders.
- Perform different forecast analysis methodologies (historical, statistical etc.) to improve demand forecast accuracy across all businesses & channels.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely forecasts are delivered to the business on relevant brands for core lines, NPD and promotional volumes across the agreed planning horizon.
- Responsible for communication of forecasts and resolution of issues at key business meetings.

**You Offer**:

- A degree in Supply Chain management or Business is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning, preferably in food manufacturing environment.
- Fundamental knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain - inventory, procurement, lead times, production scheduling, supply planning is an asset.
- APICS certification is an asset.
- Highly analytical with an aptitude for interpreting and utilizing data to improve the quality of the forecast and propose a point of view.
- Proficient in ERP, MS Suite/Outlook, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills strongly preferred.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and customer focus, with the ability to form great working relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Good judgment and decision-making ability.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment.
- Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
