Position Description

TTI is currently seeking an analytical and experienced individual fill the role of Demand Planner within the Ryobi Consumer Power Tools Division. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Demand and Sales teams by managing demand forecasts and executing supply chain initiatives.

You will interact regularly with the customer, Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and our Distribution Centre, while helping to align processes and determine best practices within the teams.

What You Will Do
- The Demand Planner assists the Demand and Sales teams by reviewing system-generated forecasts, as well as ensuring accuracy in promotional forecasts
- Analyze customer information and sales data to determine accurate forecasts
- Create forecast accuracy metrics and reporting monthly, identifying bias, variances, and corrective actions
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the planning of model introductions and exit strategies
- Work to continuously improve existing processes and create new processes
- Provide analysis and reports as required in support of KPI and S&OP improvements

- Ability to take the initiative to solve a challenge with solid analytical and problem-solving skills using a project management methodology mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining effective communication and managing competing priorities

What You Have Done
- Minimum 2 years of demand planning or related supply chain experience, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, or another relevant field
- Experience with ERP and demand planning systems (Logility, SAP, Demand Solutions, etc.)
- Track record of cross-functional interaction
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability manipulate and synthesize data efficiently in Excel
