Operations Project Coordinator/ops Assistant

**Operations Project Coordinator/Assistant (12-month contract)**
Vision Group is happy to announce a new career opportunity in the Operations Department. We are looking for employees who have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinic or call center role, and who have gained extensive knowledge of clinic operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will coordinate operations department projects and be accountable for their success.
- This includes starting the project.
- Planning the steps to be taken.
- Supervising the completion of the various tasks related to the project.
- Making all decisions necessary to complete the project successfully.
- You will support in the development and launch of new endeavours, including but not limited to the various brands and services offered in the company;
- You will work closely with departments and clinics.
- You will be responsible for any other tasks required to support the team.
**Required skills**:
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French is considered an asset.
- You can lead the planning and implementation of projects, define scope, goals and deliverables.
- You are rigorous, meticulous, and high quality driven.
- You have good team spirit and ability to develop relationships with different levels
- You are resourceful, autonomous, and willing to develop new skills independently.
- You have the ability to work and to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
