Educational Assistant - Ahmadiyya Muslim School

Ahmadiyya Muslim School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join

our team as an Educational Assistant. As an Educational Assistant at Ahmadiyya

Muslim School, you will play a vital role in supporting our student's academic and social
- emotional development, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with diverse learning

needs.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and

accommodations.
- Support students in developing essential academic and life skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and

inclusive learning environment.
- Foster a supportive and caring relationship with students, promoting their well
- being and self-esteem.
- Assist in classroom management and maintain a safe and organized learning

environment.
- Support students during field trips, extracurricular activities, and other school

events.
- Help in the preparation of instructional materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and

parents/guardians.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or certificate in Educational Assistance, Special Education, or related

field.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with inclusive education practices and differentiated instruction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to upholding the values and principles of Ahmadiyya Islam.
- Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
