Purpose of the position

Located on the North Coast, the Château residence Baie-Comeau offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. All services in the organization are designed to meet the needs and well-being of residents. This is the strength of the team and it is thanks to all our staff that our residents are happy.We are currently looking for a talented Auxiliary Nurse who cares about the health of residents to fill a position mainly during the day, every other weekend. e) the health services manager contributes to the planning and control of activities relating to the care and well-being of residents. He/she ensures compliance with the standards and regulations for the certification of private residences for seniors. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Help maintain the relationship of trust with residents' family and friends as well as with various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.) Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ) Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations Upon requests from physicians, pharmacists or the CISSS, follow up on residents medical dossiers and prescriptions Ensure that business processes are effective and resident services are of a high quality Provide a high level of customer service Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general Plan human resources and manage replacements in the health care department Work in close cooperation with the health services manager to supervise and motivate registered and/or auxiliary nurses and resident attendants
