As a member of our events department and as the executive assistant to our Executive Director, the Events Assistant will be involved in organizing and implementing key event elements and processes. Your diligent workstyle and meticulous organization skills will ensure essential details of each event are anticipated, included, and reported on. In cooperation and coordination with many key stakeholders both internal and external of Sask. Entertainment Group, the successful applicant will understand the importance of strong communication, time management, and the handling of discrete and confidential information.

The Events Assistant will make an impact through:

- Coordinating various travel and accommodation logistics
- Contract coordination and records storage
- Purchase order creation and processing
- Essential event element implementation and reporting
- Inventory control of various event equipment and supplies
- Executive Assistant functions for the Executive Director
- Administrative and logístical support to the Events department
- Minimum of 2 years direct work experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
- Completion of a 2-year, post secondary diploma or certificate in Administration, Recreation Management, or equivalent.
